Overview

Connecting to VPN using a Non-County device

Instructions

Click the Cisco Any Connect link in your programs under the Cisco folder or the link in the hidden icon window on your task bar

Make sure that in the Connect to box, it says vpn.mahoningcountyoh.gov, then hit connect.

     a. Change the group name to DUO-Personal
     b. Type in your county username and password
     c. Click Login

     d. Verify your identity thru the DUO app on your cell phone. You may need to physically open the app.

     e. Click Continue

     f. Click Accept

Troubleshooting

Problems connecting make sure you have an internet connection.

This access is requested via Systems Access Request by a supervisor and has to be set up before hand as well the Cisco Software.
