How to get web forms in Chrome to open in Adobe

Open Chrome and in the upper right hand corner click on the 3 dots

Select Privacy and security from menu on the left 

Select Site settings 

Scroll down until you see “Additional Content settings” 

Select PDF Documents 

Select Download PDFs 

Your download will appear in the upper right corner, after you download a PDF for the first time after you change these settings, right click on the download and select “Always open with system viewer”
