Unable to access Personal or Department Drives

Overview

How to recover missing G drive (Department Drive) or H drive (Personal Drive) 

Instructions

1. Click on the start menu
2. Click on the user profile Icon (your name will be listed next to it)
3. Click on Sign Out
4. Sign back into your PC
5. Check to see if your drives are back

If the drives still aren't there restarting your pc, if it hasn't been restarted in a while may work otherwise please notify the Helpdesk x7777
