Overview
Cannot open a photo because it is a HEIC file. This means the photo was taken with an iPhone and there is software used to open it.
Instructions
If you don't have the software pictured below please call the help desk to install
If you have the software, do the following to convert the image:
1. Save image to desktop
2. Open "iMazing HEIC Converter"
3. Drag image into the iMazing window
4. Click Convert
5. Save to the location you usually save your photo files
Other Information
This will not work with videos sent from iPhones, try viewing the video in VLC
