Walks you thru the steps to add the 2 factor authentication and then signing into Datapointe to be able to change your Credit card device password.

Get Multi factor authentication for Edge Browser
Open Edge browser and paste this URL https://microsoftedge.microsoft.com/addons/ In the left corner there is a box search all addons type in authenticator-2fa-client choose GET and the extension will download onto your PC/ browser. At the top right hand corner of the browser is an icon that looks like :
click on that and the authenticator you just downloaded will have a push pin next to it click on it to display on your tool bar at the top.
Get Multi factor authentication for Chrome
In chrome browser type HTTPS://chrome.google.com/webstore click enter and choose Extensions in upper left corner of the page. In search box type authenticator and the one that says authenticator add to chrome.
once added go to the icon in upper right corner to pin it to the tool bar click this icon:
and click on push pin .
Signing into Datapointe
If you received an email from them to set up your account or to change your password click on the link from the email and it will take you to their site.
You will have to set up a 15 character password, follow the instructions on the page.
Sign into the site. User name is your email and then password will be the 15 character one you just set up and then it will ask if you have an authenticator set up click that radio button. A QR code will come up (only on the first time you sign in)
Click on the authenticator, there is a box looking icon on the top right side of the window click on that and draw a box around the qr code on the login page and you should get a confirmation on your pc that your are added.
Once that is complete it will ask you for a pass code click on the authenticator again and it will give you a 6 digit code that you will add to the login screen of Datapointe and finally you be into your account.
Click on Profile. On the left side menu there is an option to change POS password (that is a 4 digit password for the credit card terminal) add your 4 digit password twice and save. you will need to sign into a terminal within 24 hours of changing that password.
Troubleshooting
No QR code when you put in your user name and password - get out of the browser completely and reopen it and on ONESITE there is an icon for FIS Datapointe click on that and you will have to enter your email and password and then use the authenticator for the code. if you are still having troubles call the help desk 7777
