Checking the status of tickets you submitted
Instructions
From the portal click on View My Tickets button you will be taken to a new page and asked to sign in. You will use your email account and your windows password. Once signed in all of your tickets will show up as My Requests. It will show the Ticket ID, Request Title as well as the Status and Date it was modified.
If you click on the ticket you can add an attachment or a comment and it will show any comments made and the last modified date.
