There are 3 ways to get to Articles and Training Guides
1. There is a tab at the top of the page called Knowledge Base, if you click on that it will take you to all of the Categories that there are articles in choose the one closest to what you are looking for and browse the selection.
2. Click on the Search for Answers button this will also take you to the list of categories to choose from with articles available
3. There is a search bar, any key word typed it will bring up any article or service with that word in it.
