Overview

Walks you thru submitting a Service/Incident ticket.

Instructions

Click the Request Service button and it will  take you to a page to sign in.  User name is your email address and password is your windows password.  Once logged in you will see all service categories choose the category and find a Service that is closest to the request needed if you have an issue with something that isn't working choose REPORT AN ISSUE and then choose a category from there. 

There is a short explanation of the service, click on the Submit service button on the right side. 

Fill out the form that comes up with as much information that you can give and then submit. 

 

Other Information 

The required fields are marked with a *, if they are not filled out you will not be able to submit your ticket.

  You will receive an email once the ticket is created and you can keep track of it thru the portal.
