How to connect to VPN on a county device

Connecting to VPN

Instructions

  1.  Click the Cisco AnyConnect link in your programs under the Cisco folder or the link in the hidden icon window on your task bar.
  2.  Make sure that in the Connect to box it says vpn.mahoningcountyoh.gov then hit connect.
  3.  Enter your county user name and password and hit login (make sure the drop down is the correct one for the vpn access. If you have a county laptop that you are using from home choose SSLVPN4x
  4.  If a message appears, click Accept to continue.
  5.  An icon appears on the bottom toolbar, indicating the connection is established.

If you do not have Cisco AnyConnect (VPN) installed on your county computer please call the help desk @ 330-480-7777 (ext 7777 from your work phone)

This access must be given via a Systems Access Request and submitted by a supervisor.
