***Your Default Password Is The Same As Your Extension***
The first time you enter your Voice Mail System, you will be prompted to set up your personal Voicemail Mail Box
Your default password is the same as your extension to enter your own mailbox:
Dial your mailbox system, wait for the system to answer and press the star “*” key OR lift the handset (or press “spkr”) and press the blinking “MSG” key (The key will be flashing if you have anew message). Enter your password and the pound “#” key you will then be prompted with the following
Press 1: To listen to new messages
Press 1: Replay message
Press 2: Reply to the message
Press 3: Forward the message to another user
Press 5: Replay the message envelope
Press 7: Save the message
Press 9: Delete the message
Press 2: To record a message for another user
Enter the mailbox number
Press 3: To listen to any saved messages
(options are the same as “listen to new msg” prompts)
Press 4: For personal options
Press 1: Change your greeting
Press 2: Change your name in the directory
Press 3: Change your mailbox password
Press 4: Change how your messages play back
Press 9: to swap your search order or swap your save/delete keys
Press 5: For message options
Press 1: To cancel unheard messages
Press 2: To recover deleted messages
